I kinda get them every spring (they can recur really easily) so once April hits, I cut down on caffeine and drinking drastically to avoid getting one. With diet and meds, it cleared! I have not had one since- I guess it has been 7 years...but since then I have other food Intolerances…but you will figure it out. Ulcers hurt!
